Front tension arm replacement: Alignment needed?

I will be replacing my front tension arms with arms that have monoballs already pressed in already. Does the replacement require following up with an alignment? Wasn't sure if the tension affect alignment at all.

It's not required but it's advised. If your previous arm had any play due to the bushing being wore out, it may lead to your alignment being slightly off. How far off depends on how badly the bushing is/was worn.
