Yes I noticed it says sold. I am the one paid for it. The problem is Rob, the seller, has not sent me a tracking number nor a scan of the shipping receipt yet as he promised to do right after he received my payment, which has been about 2 weeks already. He has been less responsive after receiving my payment. I sent him both e-mails and private messages and he rarely replies. I'm not saying he is taking my money and not shipping the exhaust to me but the way he is acting right now is leading me to believe so. Anyone knows how to get a hold of him?

I have reported my claim to paypal, something is obviously very, very wrong. Apparently Rob has sold this Akra system to two M3post members.
Potential buyers of his other parts beware!!

^Thanks, I have already spent a good part of the day on the phone with both paypal and my bank. Rob seemed like a respected member of the community and I would like to hear his side if there is any kind of realistic excuse.
This is a community full of passionate car guys and this kind of shadiness really disappoints me.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

^I just want my money back. Haven't heard from Rob and don't know if he has contested the case with paypal. I would prefer him to do the right thing and not contest the paypal investigation so that I can get my money back as fast as possible.

WOW, I'm glad someone pulled the trigger before me, I was making a decision and looking to pay after the weekend when I gave him an initial heads up then I got a PM saying it was sold but it sucks to hear someone else may be getting the short end. I hope everything works out, Good Luck!
