Absolutely gorgeous! Never thought I'd ever see a E93 in MCB. As others said, don't tint the tailights. I personally would leave the roundels alone as well. Definitely do the wheels, window trim and reflectors though.

How does the performance exhaust sound with the top down?

I will certainly be taking everyone's advice. After spending some time with the car, I don't think it is the right move to mess with the taillights or the roundels.

The exhaust sounds incredible, it has a throaty, yet subtle aspect to it. When you open it up at any RPM over 4,000, it really screams. I can't wait till I pass 1,200 miles so that I can really test it out at a high RPM.

I'll post a video up this weekend of the sound.
