If I decided to use Active Autowerke Signature X Pipe & Connecting Pipes w/ Optional High Flow Cat, exhaust System, and performance software, would I pretty much be throwing my warranty out the window with the ECU performance software?

The party line about ECU reflashes is that the dealers can't detect them. If that is true or not - the vendors can tell you more.

The only thing of the 3 parts you mentionned that will void your warranty is the ECU reflash.

On a sidenote... The dealer will never know you got the reflash. Check these forums for a whole thread discussing this.
