What did you end up going with? I'm assuming VAC through Rocco?

Yup with ARP studs. Dropping it off today.

Incredible progress! I also swapped in a Fox Red interior to my E90, and know what a labor of love hunting down and installing everything is, but oh so worth it in the end. Super curious about your lip mounting solution as well, one of the main reasons I haven’t pulled the trigger on one yet is I know how much of a PITA it would be to replace it when it inevitably gets damaged

Fox red is sooo worth it! For the lip mounting I used 5 Allstar Performance 18547-10 Threaded Nut Insert across the front of the bumper. Not to far forward where you would be able to see them. These nuts are threaded on the inside so say I want to remove the front lip, I just remove the bolts and the threaded nut stays on the bumper.

Just picked up my car from RMP. I did my rod bearings, VAC with ARP studs. Rocco is the best in the biz and couldn't thank him enough for his awesome work. Based on the pictures below, you can say my bearings were pretty bad for 92k km. I also decided to change my spark plugs, diff fluid, transmission fluid, coolant, and power steering fluid. All my maintenance on the car is complete.

Time to enjoy the car!!!
