Talking Electric Issues

BMW E90 320D Msport 2008

Over the past week, my BM is acting strange.

I have had to keep re setting my dashboard every morning for a week, today the car wouldn't start and had to call the AA.

I have been told by an Indy, that my battery is fine.
no fault codes present and the car still drives a great as ever.

in used under load the car charges at 13.9 - 14.2 V. The AA man said there was a draw on the negative battery lead that switched off after 15 mins of about 6amps.

Any one got any ideas on this as it is really confusing.
