Red Brembo Gran Turismo 380mm front / 380mm rear BBK for E9x M3
I am parting out my car and looking to trade my red 380mm front / 380mm rear Brembo Gran Turismo big brake kit for an OEM E9x M brake system plus cash. The retail price for a 380mm front kit is $4350. Retail price for a 380mm rear kit is $3495. Paint and lettering on the calipers is in good condition. My asking price for the whole system (with used Project Mu HC+ brake pads) is $5880 minus cost of your OEM system in trade. Priced individually: $3260 for the front kit; $2620 for the rear. Preference will be given to Southern California locals who can perform a swap at European Auto Source in Anaheim, CA. Please let me know if you see a better price elsewhere. I will match anyone's price. Thanks!

Now admittedly, those photos are not a good representation of the brake system's condition. But this coming weekend I will detail the car and will take close-up photos of the brakes. Until then, allow me to summarize: The calipers are in good condition. They're still on the car so I cannot get a full view of them. But what is visible to observers is in good condition. No discernable paint damage yet; no fading; and lettering looks like new. The Project Mu HC+ are the second set of pads on this system, do not have much mileage on them, and have never been tracked on. I do not know how many miles I have put on the rotors but they have been worn some (but never tracked). I will measure the thicknesses of the pads and rotors today, and will also reference the thicknesses of new rotors and pads. I will update my post with this information. |

I've not yet figured that out - will have to research what the current going rate is for them; and will also have to factor in the conditions of your guys' OEM brake systems.
I sure would appreciate it if someone found a [current] sales thread for OEM brakes for me to reference. |

I'd say 11,000 miles. Rotor thickness has not been quantified, but by eyeballing I'd say 4mm lost from front; 2mm from rear. Pads are thicker than OEM, according to BMW dealership when I visited them a couple weeks back. I don't know the measurement, but I have paperwork stating the comparison.
