Need to replace my rear snow tires that are Dunlop Winter Sport 3D. Can't find them anywhere in stock though.

Is it a bad idea to run Blizzaks in the rear only? There's still plenty of tread left in the front Dunlops and would rather not spend the money on more tires.

I was trying to find a listing where the seller had a mixed set. He justified it as the rear had a larger contact patch.

I don’t see any issue with winter tires.

Certainly better than worn tires on the rear, that’s a dangerous oversteer situation!

I have the Wintersports and just ordered Bridgestone for the rear. I think LM001. I am not at all concerned about mixing.
