I'm so torn right now... I know this is a thread for purchased, but I'm looking at a 2012 (I'd be 4th owner, this is what worries me) clean E92 w/ 51K clicks. Competition Pkg w/ DCT. Out the door for $38,000. Seems to have a handful of service records. I know a fair amount about BMWs (owned before), so, to me, this looks really clean on top and under. Doesn't appear to have been abused. I feel like this is fair market value. Thoughts?

Price is very fair. 1 year ago, 2012 was well above 45K

Did i pay to much for a car thats been in a accident ...maybe. i ve owned a TON of cars over the years and its the first one I've bought knowing its been involved in a accident. out of the roughly 10 m3s i test drove this one was the tightest and cleanest of the bunch and had all the options i was looking for. I have zero regrets. ( so far ).

128i owner here, been looking to upgrade for a few months after test driving an E93. Very real possibility of getting a 2008 E92 Coupe 6MT with 15k mi on the clock for 34k + tax. Good deal? I've been looking at newer MY cars with 50-70k mi on them, but this just popped up. Thoughts?

Carfax is clean, supposedly nothing wrong, was taken on trade by a major car dealer. My guess is that they screwed up and went off the KBB value.

Checked it out - great price on the car, but the dealers were complete assholes. Drove 4hr from out of state after prearranging a time to see the car, car was covered in snow and sitting on a muddy hill in front of the show room. Was told by the sales manager that the owner mandated that the car couldn't be driven because of weather (it was sunny and slightly damp). Complete waste of time. Did end up driving after some back and forth, but was too pissed off at that point to enjoy it and complete the purchase.

Car was at Cherry Hill Subaru if anyone else wants to jump on it, just be forewarned about the quality of customer service. Price they were willing to honor was 33.8, though it's been jacked up to 36.9 since.

Airbag recall has not been done FWIW.

Seems like M3's have dropped a lot in price in the last 6 months. 2011's in the low $30's seem to be the commonplace today. Do you guys agree?

I thought I found the perfect M3, but after the PPI it had previous bodywork. My search continues.
