Even though it sounds like a bad move, I understand where you're coming from. The M3 is a hell of a DD and a bad bitch on the track as well.
I have an AW E90 DCT ZCP... honestly, the main reason why I got the ZCP was for the wheels and resale value.

This thread is a perfect example of the notion that just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should. Car enthusiasts have always liked to make their street cars more like race cars. You can do this to a degree without much compromise, but only to a degree. Go beyond that point and something will have to be compromised somewhere. A street car is not a race car, nor should it be.

So it isn't really goodbye to the GTR is it? Couldn't you tune it back down and sell the parts? I'd love to have a GTR in my stable. Some of my friends who have a GTR drive it daily in stock form and haven't really complained about everyday use. Only the maintenance costs really.
