Much... Fail... Don't worry, Matt, I won't buy from ADV1. Thanks to your marketing campaign, when my new M3 arrives, I'll buy from Carlos. He should pay you for advertising for him. |

The 360 forged issues have all been resolved years ago and all parties made full as it was one of the condition of the sale of the company to the new owners. Anyone who feels they are still owed anything just drop me and email and we'll cut you a check today. |

As for ADV.1, take note of the above. No pulling teeth required. Stop BSing, please. If it took more than 5 seconds of effort to produce the documents the community originally politely asked for, then you're lying or at least embellishing. It's fairly obviously there is nothing confidential about the certificates. You have nothing to lose, only customers to gain.

I actually read through all of the post and were simply appalled by the responses from ADV.1. They are selling their wheels from 5k and up and they can't even prove their wheels are legitimate. I've always had a bad feeling about them and now probably will never buy from them. I've always stuck with Volks, Work, ADVANS, BBS, and now HRE. Even my Advans which were not forged but flow formed are 1000000x better than these ADV.1 forged monoblock wheels. I have yet to see anybody that goto track with them and aside from form over function these wheels have proved absolutely nothing to me. My shop actually called the LA warehouse to buy 4 set of centercaps from ADV.1 to replace a set for a customer and they told them 200 bucks a piece to replace. This has nothing to do with TUV certificate and such but rather a standard in business practices. 200 bucks a piece for a center cap....WOW

Hey bro, I'm not sure. But in all honesty, invest in a set of good wheels. Anything from Volks, Work, BBS, HRE, Advans got my vote. Even new players like Morr I would endorse because they actually took the time to design and produce a quality product that we use our hard earn money to pay for.
I also want to elaborate the quality of Volks and Work...The Japanese are absolutely amazing with their wheels. Even the best of BBS are made there. |

I agree the buyer needs to be educated, and for the most part on this forum buyers are, which is why there is so much frustration with this particular company. Sure, they have a right to sell their products, assuming they're doing so compliant with the law (and I'm not necessarily saying they aren't), but if they continually disrupt this forum and make statements with which others take issue or find misleading, then they shouldn't have that right here.

+1, LOL, I thought ADV.1 was a subdivision of Advan. Shows you how much I pay attention to this stuff. I remembered there were some drama with Morr back in the day too.
