HELP! How to pull in your bumper grille?

Ok long story short, was driving behind a big truck and suddenly hit a pile of snow on the road (had a lot of snow last night in Calgary)

The right side of the front cowl went all the way in. I tried to pull it up but couldn't do it all the way. I played around with it for half an hour and I gave up. When I looked at under my car as well, under my bumper had few cracks (see the pics below)

So my questions are:

1) How can I fix the cowl and put it in its original place
2) Should I be worried about the broken parts?

Not sure about the plastic grille but I wouldn't worry about the felt piece under the bumper. I don't think that's from the snow it was probably from scraping coming in and out of driveways. Mine looks the same and it never snows here in SoCal.

honestly bro, i cant even make out what im looking at in the pictures. dont worry, im sure someone else will give that advice. its ok to be hairy, we is iranian its part of our DNA lol

Thats what I thought. Now wondering how I can fix the grille thing. It was way worse but I pulled most of it to its place, but the buttom right corner does not move at all.

Are you tryin to pull it in? If so I had a similar problem I took 2 cable ties and made a loop with each with enough room to put my fingers in pulled them towards me, was the easiest way to get enough force to pull it and then just clip the ties when you are done.

I took a picture of how I had to do it in case anyone else ever has to do this. I had to pull it REALLY HARD to get it fixed!

No problem, glad I could help. When I was trying to figure out how to do this nothing worked, then the random thought of cable ties and viola!

Yeah, I tried every thing I could think of as well!! Good thinking man, really smart!

So I guess I shouldn't be worried about the cracked/broken stuffs under my front bumper, right?
