Decent deal- 2011 e90 dct M3 with 70k miles

2011 e90 dct zcp with 70k miles. Lemans blue with black cloth leather anthracite interior.. no navigation but does have sunroof and edc. Dealer is asking 26900.00. Paint was clean and interior was good too. Willing to also take my trade on a fair deal. What is this car worth?

in terms of resale, no navigation is a big plus but the sunroof is a big minus.

if the car checks out and has a good service service history and no prior damage, i think that is a very good price and it probably could bring more with proper presentation.
