Pulley, Filter, and Tune W/O an Exhaust??

Any of you guys running engine mods w/o an exhaust but with a tune? I'm going to stick with my OEM exhaust and already have the MS Filter and was considering ordering the MS Pulley and picking a tune but wasn't sure if this was a good idea without having an exhaust system?

If anyone has done this, what sort of gains are you getting?

Last summer I ran the stage 1 OE Tune with just the MS filter. Never hit the dyno unfortunatly. Could feel the difference though.
