Check with the guys over at Autometrics in West Ash. If they can’t do it I’m sure they can point you in the right direction.

If you're cool with a drive I've heard decent things about Briggs Motorsport down in Savannah that being said I haven't seen their work personally. Also, not to thread jack, but how many other E9X M's have y'all seen around here?

Thanks for the replies. My buddy and I decided to build it ourselves.

I work on the weapons station in Goose Creek, and besides myself, one of the officer students has an E90 M3, but I haven't seen any other ones around. Way less common than the Charger Scat Pack I had before this!

wondering if there's any M community or shops in Charleston, as I'm moving down to Myrtle Beach from NYC/NJ and I'm bringing my E90 M3 with me

Definitely interested to see how it turns out! Out of curiosity why not going with something like the studio RSR?

After this is all said and done, I'll be in this half cage for about 600b bucks. That's with rear shock tower reinforcement and the ability to add onto this when it's time for the full cage.

Cost was a big factor, but I also love doing things myself and the fact that I can control each aspect of the cage was a big draw for me.

StudioRSR would've been great but I would've most likely had to resell it when I wanted to go full cage

European Road and Racing is a great shop for maintenance and track prep. They don't do any fab that I know of, but they have a great pedigree with BMW cars

600 is it bad at all. I've been thinking about a half cage for a few months now but I feel like I should put on in my already sketchy "no. You can't drive that here" race car haha. Once you get finished you should definitely throw some pics up.

Of course! The owner, Karl Troy, has been racing for many many years and the shop is generally very pleasant to work with. Very nice people.

Feel like I've seen a white M3 driving around lately, down in park circle the other day. I pass the weapon station twice a day heading to/from work (shipyard).

I rarely drive the M3 down in park circle area. I live in Goose Creek up Henry Brown.

These days my car ventures out of the garage maybe once a week. I sold the street wheels/tires and the AC isn't working right now, so its not a very comfortable place to be when the weather is like it is right now.

Yeah my AC was acting up as well. Finally got it taken care of, just needed a recharge. Took like 5 mins.
