Rod bearings shop in south Florida
Looking for recommendations of shops that does rod bearings in south florida. If you can include pricing it would be great, thanks in advance.

Why would you pay 2,500 for rods that were not BE? What are they using instead?

Got mine done at active autowerke. With motors mounts and alignment, came out to ~$3k. Have less than 100 miles on the new ones but seems like they did a good job.

When I move into my new place and get settled in. I will be doing Rod Bearings myself. This job doesn't look that difficult honestly. I will see how it goes the first go round. If not I will be back looking in here!

Active did mine a few years ago. Good investment. You can tell the difference as the motor spins more freely.

Ravani Motors in Hollywood quoted $1700 with ACL bearings, bolts extra. Similar price from Euromotive Performance in Hallandale when you include the the bolts. Active wanted $3450
