Frozen White Clear Bra - Installed w/PICS
Greetings!
Like many of us frozen owners, I've been looking for awhile for a clear bra which would match up well with the frozen paint. After getting a couple chips on the front end, I decided I something needed to be done sooner than later. I couldn't be happier with the results, Xpel Stealth is the solution. Once the film is on, I couldn't tell (AT ALL!) that there is film there...unless you find the edges. I made the trip down to SD to see Evan Rowe of autoarmour.com. He was highly recommended for his work on the frozen paint. Evan placed a sample on the hood before the install, and I was shocked to see it disappear into the paint. You can obviously see the edges, however the section with the bra installed, had no noticeable increase or decrease in sheen. I had the following done: full front bumper, full hood, front fenders, rocker panels, full rear bumper, headlights, rear view mirror covers, inside trim of door handles, and a section in front of the rear tires on the quarter panel. On with the pics... I'm very happy with the results, and considering getting the rest of the car done for peace of mind. For pricing or more info, shoot Evan at Auto Armour a email: erowe916@gmail.com BTW - for the chips on the front end, I purchased the Brilliant White touch up paint (since I cannot find frozen anywhere) and applied it before the clear bra went on. The matte finish of the Xpel Stealth helped to blend it into the rest of the paint. Thanks! Tyson N.

Looks very nice. Are the edges wrapped around on the leading edge of the hood, fenders, etc?

Yep, everywhere which could be wrapped, was. Anywhere else, it was cut very close to the edge. I tried to take a couple close ups showing this.

Wow great job. I had my Frozen Silver done about three months ago and it was done very similar to yours, full hood etc. my guy also did the sample and it was unreal how invisible it is, I have a hard time remembering what is wrapped and what isn't. The only issue I have had us that track day rubber marks seem to stick to it more than the exposed paint areas. Bugs and other nasties area pretty easy to remove and the usual wash and dry is nice and easy to deal with. Your car looks great and your photos are well done. The black ZCP wheels really set off the car. Enjoy

I can't view the pictures but this is interesting. I have a frozen white as well that has some minor chips on the very front of the hood. Also have minor chips on mirror covers. My bumper probably needs to just be completely repainted as it is full of small chips so I am looking at getting this finished this upcoming spring. What was the cost on that whole project?
