UK engine question
not sure of this is a repost, but can anyone tell me what's that extra (harness, tubes, hoses- not sure what to call it) over the engine at the back.
Thanks

right hand drive car might be vacuum tube for brake booster witch has flipped sides also no room for dme box on the left side anymore because of brake booster and master cylinder in way soo power and wiring has to move around a bit. i have worked on older right hand drive bmws its hard working on them with left hand drive spec info to go off many things are moved even the windshield whippers are flipped for right hand driving look at pic again and you will see

They have moved those things.. but have had to move and run different hoses and wiring since things have moved hence the extra stuff you asked about
