WTB Akra e92 M3 slip-on exhaust adapters

Looking for the adapters to mate the Akra slip-on to a non Akra X-pipe.

Otherwise looking for a e92 M3 Akra slip-on with titanium tips that has the adapters.

I just heard back from EAS - Akrapovic doesn't sell them separately anymore. Anyone have ideas?
