Anyone running KW H.A.S (AKA sleeve over kit) please chime in

I would like feedback from who has been running them for a while are getting different height settings for adjacent wheel (same axle)?

Even though I measured it from inside (number of turns) exactly to be the same on same axle, I am getting 0.5 inch higher on left wheel infront side and 0.5 inch higher on right wheel from rear.

Double check the position of the strut in the front. It may not be seating correctly in the hub. The front is pushing the backside lower. That happened to me once when I lowered my car.

can you provide more explanation on what you mean by it may not be seating correctly in hub? I looked at both wheels and they are setting exactly the same

Had the same issue here with the GC kit. It's common if you search. I measured from the wheel rim to the fender and got it about as close as I could but still a little off. Hard to get it exact as you are adjusting four corners that impact the other 3 when you move one.

The counting thread method doesn't work because there are lots of variables that load different parts of the car to different degrees' such as the pic above.

Thanks. I am going to look at it tomorrow. I had rod bearings recently changed and I am wondering if the mechanic didn't seat them properly? I would be surprised

Is there different settings that strut can seat on? or it should go down as far as it can?

The strut should go as low as it can on BOTH sides. It can sit higher in the hub carrier which will make one side lower or higher than the other if the were put in incorrectly. There's a notch on the strut which aligns with the hub carrier so you can only seat it one way.
