By my eye they look like APEX ARC-8, but I could be wrong.

Looks great! It's so weird seeing super tinted windows when it isn't even legal to do front windows here.

You are correct. Apex ARC 8's.
19x9.5 F (255/35/19)
19x10.5 R (285/35/19)

The front windshield is also tinted so it makes the others look darker as well.
