My dad also doesn't like people knowing what guns he has.

Guess it doesn't really matter if you have a license for it, because the government already knows you have it.
If I had a gun illegally however, I wouldn't be showing it off.

They're actually not tracer rounds. They are special rounds designed for personal defense purposes (and they cost $1/round).
