pms deleted?

Hello, im kinda new to this forums, i check my e-mail it says i have a new private message, but when i log in and check my pm box its not there?

This is weird, our is this normal?

check where it says jump to folder, and make sure it says inbox!

We don't delete PMs at all

Nothing can eliminate pms completely, but I heard Midol helps.
