Need Help: Wondering the price of 2008 E92 M3..

Actually, i'm looking for 2008 E92 M3 with any color, except red and any int except silver, with DCT, that's all i want and mileage lower than 35k miles. Although i'm not gonna buy it now, but i will consider it now for summer 2011. Appreciate your opinion and advise, since i'm new in this forum.
And the stock E92 M3 of course.

Is that possible to get the 2008 model around 40K? cause sometimes the price gone high and sometimes goes down. I ret about that thread before but doesn't give me big picture about the price. Btw, when the new M3 model will come out?
