Y'all need to remember, white is nice but black is right
My 08 E93 was Jerez black. Depending the angle of view it looks blue. Received many compliments on the car/color. Had to give it up for a 2011 E93 Dakar Yellow II though! |

If you notice all of the photos of Jerez Black just look black. On the east coast where summer is humid and we never get full sunlight like the dryer regions of the country, Jerez just looks kinda flat.
If you are in an area like central California, Nevada, Arizona, etc, the color pops. At night under lights, it pops. Total judgement call. I want to shoot myself for not getting Space Grey. My wife saw a Jerez Black car on a sunny day and liked it; so I ordered one.

Good looking car bud. I keep some Maquires spray detail (thin sprayable wax) and microfiber clothes in my trunk. Spray, wipe, flip over n polish.....all good. Get a carwash once a week and it'll look great! Constant sun is bad though, they store heat FAST.

The best color for our M3s is the space grey. I do have Jet black but it tough to keep it clean. On the other side it's an excuse to detail it more often. I'm used to detail SUVs so this is a POC. I can do a keep up in 15 min and on the weekends a 1 hr detail plus DA time. The look of the black is meaner than all the other colors. They still need to work on a good red. Plenty of black, blue, white, gray but the red still needs some work.

I'd never had a black car before the Jerez. However, after having driven it for a little while now, I think it's a great color! Personally, I don't think it needs to be freshly washed to look good

Its special. Its one of those paint where it changes hues. Just like the sparkling graphite.
I also believe its an "M" only color |
