PerfektToolbox

Has anyone used PerfektToolbox to recalibrate the speedo so it doesn't read 80 when true GPS is 76?

The correction factor in NCSexpert doesn't apply to Analog gauges, only the Digital speedo in the cluster. I tried messing with it last weekend but I didn't have enough to fiddle everything.

6ixSpd any ideaS?

I'm more thinking of how to fix the speedometer 5% variance built from factory.

When I'm going 80mph, I want it to read 80mph not 84mph.

It this similar to BC_V_KORREKTUR in the KOMBI module? I remeber disabling it and the analog portion did nothing.

I have this one:

KMBI_PL2.C08

Thanks man! The analog speedo inaccuracy is driving me nuts on all BMWs. My old E46 I was able to correct it, but I haven't figured it out on the e90.

Did you give this a try yet?

Theoretically, should be easy to offset to make that correction. I used ncsexpert to correct the digital display but, was unsuccessful with the analog gauge (I don't recall anyone ever having success there).

Since 6ixspd posted about PT I've been dying to try it.. wish I had the motivation! Haha

Nope, not yet. Maybe this Sunday since I plan to do my gauges.
