WARNING: AVOID Brookfield (BCE) Place Car Wash - Clean Car Co
WARNING: AVOID Brookfield Place Car Wash - Clean Car Co
I wanted to share my experience with the m crowd : I dropped off my 335 this morning at 8am for the top of the line "works" package, which includes a 3 step exterior detail (wash, polish, wax) & full interior cleaning. The total cost came out to about $425 or so; fine by me as long as the job is done right (and I was assured it would be done "professionally"). There were handfuls of cars down there they worked on that looked 10/10 and cost 10x as much as mine so I figured I was in safe hands. The results were extremely disappointing. When I showed up at 5:30 (as I told him after called 2 times in the afternoon asking what was going on with the car; he said it wasn't busy and should be done mid aft) he was still trying to towel off the car. I would not be surprised if this was his first detail EVER, as I could do a better job and I have never picked up a detailing tool in my life. Summary -tire shine over spray all over the rims and looks like it stained my matte black rims. He says its tire shine and not rim cleaner (which I instructed him to NOT use, soap and water only). - sediment from polish left all over exterior of car - I pointed out that it was in the trunk jam and he hurried over with a polishing cloth to wipe it up. - dust all over interior - he never cleaned or wiped the dash - water spots all over mirrors and every window - paper towel on tires - sediment in kidney grill - swirl marks all over hood I will post the pictures shortly (took so many camera ran out of batteries). My girlfriend was even disappointed and noticed things that weren't right. I tried to call them tonight but they don't even have a voicemail box; I will be paying them a visit Tuesday to show the pictures and express my dissatisfaction. Avoid this place at all costs! Please leave comments/opinion in thread below; more pictures there as well http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...35#post8130835 Last edited by bulldog_yyc; 10-11-2010 at 12:37 PM.. |

That's brutal. Hope supervisor/management makes things right when you go to see them. Thanks for the heads up.
