Stealership lease??

Got a note from my local dealer.

48 month closed end lease. 10k per year. I pay for service.
cap cost reduction 8500 (with 11000 total due at signing. )

699/mo

Is this a sucker deal with some of the maintenance issues out there? What do yall think?

you pay for service?
servicing is included in all new BMWs
i don't think you can buy one without the servicing

see this is where the way i buy makes sense
i finance over 8 years (4.5%)
my payment will be around 700$ a month (MSRP 63K)
no downpayment

i am basically paying the depreciation but with much lower interest rate than a lease (4.5%) when its time to sell i won't have any equity in the car, but then i'll get another car
and i don't have any milage requirements

so my way i would save you 11K dollars!
since that is what you have to pay upfront and you're not getting that money back
and our monthly payment is about the same

Yeah, I thought that. too. They got 13 M's on the lot, and I figure they'd be willing to deal more. I'm going to talk to them tonight about more.

Wanting a 08 MT sedan. Loaded.

That doesn't sound right at all. Pass on it! There are deals to be had on an ///M sedan right now. Will@LongBeach just put a member into an ///M sedan for $799 a month with no money down.

i have my wife to thank for that
its a credit union for the members of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank
they also have 3.5% for a 36 month loan
i'm hoping that by the time i sell my Audi and buy the M3 the Fed will have dropped the interest rate some more
