A little high if private party but about right for a dealer price IMO.
If you want to go a lot cheaper you would have to go to a 2008. For instance I've been trying to sell a super clean 2008 with low miles for a while. You can get cars like that in the mid 30s because people really car about LCI and the junky nav upgrade apparently. |

If its more than you should spend, you should walk away. An M3 is not a cheap car to own, and a broken M3 is no fun. Wait a few months or get a cheaper one. The values, IMO, are going to go down as the new one comes out in a few months.

I wouldnt force myself into a car with accident history. That's just me though. I would take 2-3 owners before an accident.
