One of the lowest priced cars here with DOCUMENTATION FROM DAY 1. Car will be getting traded in shortly, sadly and I will not give the dealer all the records. Sucks, but it's been on here too long.

What's not retail? The car is priced under clean retail. The car is mint. Retail is what you pay as a buyer.

If you have them to give to a private sell it wouldn't make any sense not to give them to the dealer so who ever buys the car alteast see's how well the car was maintained on paper. That just seems bitter not to give them just because someone didn't buy the car. I'm mean your car do as you please....

It's to entice a Private sale versus having to trade the car in. If someone is interested in the car they would prefer to buy from me I presume. Also information is present on the paperwork that I don't care to divulge to a third party. Are you interesred or just curious?

I thought retail is what you pay to a business? This is why I thought private party comes into play when buying from private parties. Forgive my ignorance of this if I am wrong.

Yes that's not correct as retail is what you'd pay at a store for goods or from another member/person/etc. selling their own goods. What would make it any different?

Private party is only reference the type of sale (dealer versus private)
