Why are OEM BMW Performance CF pieces 2x2 weave?
The roof is 1x1, so why did BMW make the CF performance pieces 2x2?
I'm very detail oriented and anal when it comes to replacing parts on my car, and this mismatch would definitely annoy me. Unless there's a good reason why they went 2x2? In which case, I'd be willing to overlook this detail. Hoping someone can inform me. Always willing to learn about new aspects of this car. Thanks! |

There really is no substitute in quality of BMW CF parts. Not even close, the finish and surface evenness is amazing. Took me 2 spoilers from eBay and elsewhere to find out
