turbo + high revving engine = ALOT of R&D....it can be done for example the E46 horsepowerfreaks...if hpf developed an e92 kit i would definitely look into it, they were very successful with the E46 but there are many more variables than a supercharger

Cant wait to see how it turns out Nate. You made the right choice on which SC to put on your project cars. ESS is the best when it comes to design and tuning of FI on BMW's.

We sure did The install is almost complete. This is one of the highest quality SC kits we have seen or installed. Big props to ESS.

Twice as much piping, twice as much heat, much more difficult to tune.

Seems like im getting 14.5 mpg , filled her up 16.5 gallons ( was dead empty) went 225 on the OD filled her up took 15.5 gallons , now this is highway and city driving mixed ( manhattan New York ) and did aout 7 hard pulls and traveled @ steady spead of 80 mph
& it was cold 20 to 30 deg weather ....
the car was saying i was getting 15.2 ..... not that far off ...

Anyhow its pretty impressive to get that MPG in a 600+ V8 supercharged car to say tghe least ............

I see this thing getting easy 260 on a full tank on long trips

Cool to see a whole picture of it. The welds on the bottom of the plenum really show how big this thing is, it spans the engine top nicely
I was bending my head looking through the stacks and inlet areas to try and see it

just got to see the kit in person and i must say the attention to detail and engineering is amazing. I am told the installation was quite a breeze.

The Kit is just A+! Proud to support ESS!

Here is a dyno file sent to us from a dealer who built a project E92 M3. The car runs our VT2-600 kit with a custom race tune "pump fuel" and a custom built exhaust system. Dyno's were done in 30 deg F ambient temps. We have been suprised by how much power they have been able to make with this car.
