Guys, this is my car!
From the very beginning in October (remind you that my car was the 1st one sold by ESS with VT2 kit in the world!!!), I really did not know the exact power numbers, cause I do not have the dynos from ESS and did not dyno it myself... For me the best dyno is live comparo with really fast animals))) For you to know that in October I was still WITH CATS and when we did races with Porshe 997 turbo stock and M5 E60 full bolt-ons, the same shit happened: we started from 70, I made 2 cars length, but on 220 km/h they passed we aways for 3-4 cars lengths by 300 and that's it... The only thing I did from that time is CATS DELETE... Amazing things happened afterwards - no chances to Porshe Turbo and M5 e60 in any speed (4-5 car lengths by 300)!!!! Maybe something was with stock cats when I dynoed the car with ESS, therefore the power was 550 instead of 580-590 projected. So, with 93 octane and no cats you saw the results))) The beast, which is now waiting for ECU from Roman...))) By the way, my maximum speed with the existed set-up was 368 km/h on electronic speedo.....)))))) Thank you, ESS! |

Thank you!!! There are lot's of videos in someone's phones, will try to get them, but they are of poor quality... For sure, once I'll get the ECU back with 6.5psi and little pulley, there should be lots of video against RS6 Evoteck, 911 turbo evotech, GTRs Stage 2, M5 E60 bolt-ons, Lambos etc... Stay tuned, bro!!!!

Nope, closer to 555chp. Note that the dyno is standard, which reads 2-3% higher than SAE, so the SAE rwhp numbers should be around 455-460rwp. 17% Drivetrain loss gives you 555chp.
I believe the car on the vid is at 6psi, didn't ESS advertise 560rwhp from 7psi on a stock e9x? |

A normal production ESS VT2 on premium pump 91 is rated at 575chp or ~38.8% more hp than stock (414chp). This car made 330whp STD stock and now makes 471 whp STD which is 42.7% more than stock. Different cars and different dynos read as we all know different, but as long as the delta gain on the same dyno is correct that is all that matters. ESS does not advertise a kit stronger than 600chp (6.5PSI on 93 octane) for the E9x M3 (44.9% more than stock), but as we have all seen many cars do make considerably more with this kit depending on factors like fuel/ambient conditions/stock power level/supporting mods etc. One should however not expect more than rated gains.

Here's my SAE corrected versions.
ESS Stage 2 575kit 5.5psi with Fabspeed HFC/X pipe + Gintani race exhaust =518whp Maybe the result could be different because I got the Bastuck exhaust now. If you really doubt we can go to the dyno shop together. |

Interesting that the #'s from LV's car were never questioned but Brian's Gintani #'s at the same boost level were called "cheating."
I hear LV's car is strong, good stuff, he seems like an objective guy as well, who stays out of this nonsense and just wants to go fast.

I found it interesting that Brian's 500whp dyno at the same boost level was doubted, with a bit less power even, and not yours. Regardless great #'s, Ray said your car moves well, post up some comparo or Vbox runs when you can.

Then your #'s are even more impressive, based on your dyno location, transmission, etc.
