Well...depends on what loss is to the wheels. I have been told its about 18%
so...in that case . 395.4 x 1.18 = 466 hp

WOW - impressive numbers!!

PS - 18% loss would be 395.4 / .82 = 482 wouldnt it?

This is the right math, given the 18% is the "loss."

Seems like a lot from just a pulley, exhaust and chip.

I'm waiting on the Dinan chip to add to throttle bodies and AA exhaust.

Sure, they won't go out of their way to test during routine service. However, IF your engine has a major problem, and needs a rebuilt or replacement, and IF they suspect something, they might end up going the extra mile to test it in detail. And, yes, they can find out if they really want to. They know exactly how the stock engine/ECU bahaves. They designed it. But I agree that it would most likely require the ECU to be shipped to a major BMW facility. Anyway, as long as nothing goes wrong, no need to worry, but isn't the warranty for when things go wrong big time to begin with?

410/.82 = 500 hp at crank (that would be a nice figure)

Gotta take my car to the dyno ASAP.

I recently got the cat deletes, x-pipe, rear mufflers and software from AA. I still do not have any check engine lights. Are the other guys on here not getting CEL's? Just curious.

Why would we get CEL ?

When you have AA X-Pipes, and they do your ECU software upgrade; they disconnect your secondary cats o2 sensor to make sure the light doesnt come on!

You are not going to get 18% loss on a Dynapack hub dyno, more like 10-12% loss...

So with software reflash, exhaust and pulleys looking at around 440-450CHP - very nice!

Key thing here is the gain from the AA software - 13WHP which is consistent with there claims of 15WHP and similar gains across the board. At least they don't over hype their software...
