I'd make them take the car into stock and order me a new one. As of right now the car is not as you requested it.

I wonder if BMW has the option to order pre-painted parts. VW lets you order parts prepainted.

I'd tell him to fuck himself and not take the car. I specifically asked that my 335 not be drilled and it was simple enough. I even told them not to take off the plastic or wash the outside.

My dealer complied and I'm glad they didn't touch it.

The holes can be refilled, if done well. Lots of guys have had their reflector holes filled in with no problems.
A new bumper straight from Germany is what I was referring to. My Euro bumper came from Germany painted by the factory.

They would likely spot paint the area with the holes, and the paint likely won't match the rest of the bumper. Besides, it's a brand new car and the customer shouldn't have to have a bondo'd bumper at the start of his car's life. To each their own though.
