08' BMW E90 M3 6MT - Interlagos Blue - Optional Extended Warranty
Looking to start the sale process of my M3. I bought it in May from the original owner (lease then buy so carfax shows 3) at 50k miles. He purchased the highest level extended warranty offered through the company recommended by BMW Alexandria. 2008 E90 M3 Tech Package, no sunroof (great track car), CF interior trim 60k Miles - last ten have been 78 highway/2 city (Alexandria to Annapolis) New PS2s at 50k, barely any wear due to highway commute Details are in this ad - http://baltimore.craigslist.org/cto/3750863731.html Just looking to get into a house at some point. No rush to sell. Car is between NOVA and Annapolis and will be used for 100-200 miles a month. Right now it's listed at 35k for the car + 3k for the warranty. EDIT: Had a question about the warranty. It covers anything except what is listed in the "What This Warranty Does Not Cover" here (https://www.mrclaims.net/b2c/Sample.pdf) pages 3-4. The most important line to me was "For a breakdown of a covered part resulting from the failure of a non-covered part." Oh and "If your vehicle has been modified to plow snow." There are a few differences in wording between my warranty document and that one, but it is close. EDIT 3/25/2013: Fresh oil change, just under 61k miles. Replaced both drain plugs also. EDIT 4/07/2013: 2 bucket wash and interior detail. EDIT 4/18/2013: Price drop... 36900k EDIT 5/13/2013: 61,150 miles. EDIT 6/10/2013: 35K and it's yours. EDIT 7/02/2013: The residual on the warranty is 2.1K so the car is 32.9K and the warranty will be 2.1K.

Yeah . Wasn't a deal breaker for me and the car was in such good condition I jumped on it.
Here are some more interior pics. Driver's seat has noticeable wear in the normal spots. EDIT: Sorry for the quality...

Also want to note that the car was garaged kept at home and work for the first 50k miles, then just at home for the last 10k (since I've owned it).

Thanks again for shooting me the info. No ZCW is really the deal killer for me as I love this color combo and no moonroof.
GLWS! TTT^^^

For everyone who is interested in buying sight unseen, here are some pictures of all of the cosmetic issues. Full disclosure is always best . PS-Sorry the car is pretty dirty, I've only driven it a few miles on the weekends and it is supposed to rain today.
Driver's seat Back seat Pass seat Rear tire tread Front tire tread Front right wheel, PO's doing Chips/Dings Front Driver's Door Front Driver's Bumper. This is the clear bra, so those aren't scratches, just really dirty right now. Hood, rock chip through clear bra. Front Driver's Fender. Front Driver's Fender, about 5 inches up from clear bra. Hood, Clear bra about 1 inch to short. Front Passenger Pillar. Rear Passenger Fender. Rear Passenger Door. Rear Passenger Pillar. The worst area is the trunk, there is a scratch from a lovely neighbor of mine. In the lower right corner, there is what looks like a paint imperfection. I had never noticed it until now. Looks like a drip/bubble which is pealing. EDIT:Talked to the PO, this is a scratch and he used the paint pen on it. All manuals, leather book holders, paint kit, window sticker. Break in direction sticker on the window still. Full car pictures. This is a picture of the way I have the muffler delete pipes mounted.

The customer muffler delete pipes if buyer wants them. I will put stock exhaust back on if not.

I know people say this all the time...I spoke with the owner on Thursday..I am hoping to pull the trigger on this car..I am just waiting for the tire kicker to get his shipping finalized on my LSB/Black E46 M3...I have feeling this will b my downfall...anyways
The OP is a great, honest guy. I really hope i can buy this car from him..you don't find many people who will spend 30 mins on the phone telling you what is wrong with the car ( in this case nothing but a few beauty marks) car has been well cared for...just bare with me..i have to get this car sold.. |

Bump for a fellow Interlagos Blue owner! Seriously looks like a beautiful car, well kept, and honest seller. I wish I had the funds for this.

Bump for an awesome ride to work today.
I'm going to wash (maybe clay & wax) tomorrow. She'll be parked at the Annapolis Town Center tonight if anyone wants to see it. Gonna roll a few miles over 61k by the time I get home Saturday.

I've had some people ask if the car has been tracked. Answer is NO. I have not tracked it, PO said he didn't. Here's a picture of the original front pads as 55k which tell the story well.

Bump for an honest seller. I'm a newbie and I noticed that the front grill has the 3 colored lines representing the m3. Do all of them come like that? Again sorry, just like to get my facts straight.
