2012 E92 M3 25K miles $45K price check (please!)

Hello all,

I just put down a refundable deposit on this car:

It has every option (attached) including the unfortunate moon roof. And is that the M performance exhaust I see there?? Not sure.

Interior is amazing in my opinion. No wear at all it seems, and the color combo is fantastic.

Excellent service record.

Car has bumper to bumper warranty until Jan 2016 and extended maintenance until 2018 or 100K miles.

I would appreciate your outlook on this car very much!

45k is a great deal...this car exactly 1 year ago (Before launching the new M4) was over 50k...prices of M3 have gone down a lot

Thank you for the response! Yes I waited to buy once there was a lot of M4's on the lot. And there's an ocean of them out there! My local dealer's lot has about 10, and another 10 (mostly all in yellow) in their overstock lot.
