2013 E93 with CPO Market Value

Friends
I recently bought a CPO with only 23K miles so it is both CPO and still covered under the original factory warranty and maint plan for some time to come. It is in great shape as a space grey with red in interior and has almost every option available. Also has black rims which I like.

I have a tad bit of buyer remorse on not getting the M4 Coupe or Convert so I thought about selling my recently acquired M3 knowing I may take a bit of a loss but it would be better sold to a private buyer than trading it back to the dealer.

Couple questions:
1. I checked on BMW website and they state that the CPO is transferable for a $200 fee and an application. Anyone done this ? Seems like anyone who would buy the car would think this is a very nice thing to have provided the price is reasonable.
3. What is reasonable for a excellent condition CPO E93 with 23K miles? $53K, $55K, $57?

Car is in NJ.

I actually remember your first post about your M3, it was a month ago

You are going to lose a lot if you decided to sell it now. You might have to take the loss if you can't resist getting the M4

Yep.. I love the car and we saved a good amount of money over a M4 (used M3 vs new M4). I don't mind losing a bit, but not 20% in two months. Based on what I see on Autotrader, and other sites, it may be possible to get within 6-8% of my purchase price which is why I am feeling out what the M3 may be worth.

If it becomes stupid expensive to get rid of the M3, I will love this car and worry about getting the latest/greatest in a couple years.
