When I cut them off, one had a light scratch on it.

Did some brake stuffs recently, front BBK, DS2500 pads all around, and put SS lines.

Stopped by Solo Motorsports in GA for a custom tune, picked up about 45 whp. Also got rid of my exhaust clamps and had it welded there.
Car feels great, but I want stage 2!

Did another SCCA track day the day after hopefully have some photos soon

Haven't posted in a while. Picked up the do88 "bigpack" recently. Parts came in today and I got the oil cooler, ps cooler, and radiator installed. Doing the DCT cooler another day give myself a break.

Everything from do88 came very promptly I ordered thru a vendor LeddyMotorsports and the parts were drop shipped direct from Sweden. Leddymotorsports was great to answer my questions very quickly. A+ service.

A note for harrop owners, at least on my setup I had to raise the heat exchanger by like 3/4in as the hard lines on the HE didn't let the cooler sit high enough to bolt in. Had to trim a little plastic, no biggie. I'll have pics of what I did tmrw.

Everything laid out

Some comparison photos...

Finished the rad and have the dct cooler mounted today. Have to either cut/clearance the cooler duct as the harrop hard line for aftercooling has clearance issues with it. Or I may just chop the hard line and route some soft tubing which should work fine in theory. Leaning towards the latter... going to have to look at it closer tomorrow. Easy to make a fluid line work out. Once that CF is cut there's no going back LOL

So the choice and process was easy. Simply removed the hard line and ran one length of tubing from the heat exchanger to the res. No more clearance issue with the duct and didn't have to hack it up. I'm going to add a fiberglass plate behind the metal cooler support bracket thingy where the hose is under as some edges of the bracket are kind of sharp. Should have no problems with the hose getting cut, just peace of mind. The tube is then run between the bottom right corner of the dct cooler and pump and some plastic. Originally the plastic has an "L" shape which was digging into the hose a bit. I chopped a corner off to make it look like " \ " and the hose freely passes without getting pinched.

For the HE I did have to raise it slightly. The engine cooler is slightly taller than factory which caused clearance issues with the HE originally mounted according to Harrops install guide. I had to notch the right side plastic so the hard tube could rise a bit, the HE now "sits" on the oil cooler and is somewhat cushioned by the heater hose. It needed about 3/4" raise and that's about the max I could raise it.

This setup looks nice, what specs are the TE37 wheels?

Hopefully have a bigger update in a few weeks. Still waiting on some stuff to be done for my custom headlights which I've been working on for quite some time now, really want to finish them up. Here's a lil preview.

Installed the Evolve DCT paddles today courtesy of that group buy place, for some reason it's censored here

Been a while since an update. The bumper got completely shaved so no more sprayers to complete the smooth look. Cars been sitting for a while as I had a lot of little projects planned.

First I put on a new lip, front end just looked too bare without one.

Finished my custom headlights. Lots of work and bi-led projector conversion, actually puts significantly more light output down the road, the oem projectors on these cars kinda suck. And of course some cosmetic upgrades.

Made custom sequential switchback sidemarkers. Bought some aftermarket ones first, not impressed and sold them w/o even installing lol. With my custom ones they light up white all the time (as DRL) as well and I can turn White off thru the iDrive if I want... OEM integration ftw

The do88 dct cooler duct was redone in 1x1 carbon fiber and the airbox duct as well to match. The do88 carbon is pretty ugly inside there, even though you barely see the thing, felt like something I had to improve upon as it looked pretty rough out of the box. Some photos below when they were bolted up.

Went to a little meet over the weekend finally got to stretch the legs a bit, car and person haha. Just nice to just be around some cool cars and outdoors again.

Next update will be some SPL monoballs for the thrust arms which should be going in tomorrow, and hopefully I get the Mfactory driveshaft soon.

Rarely have time to update here anymore. Got some new things going on this year hopefully, slowly but surely.

For now here are some pics from fall last year at Import Alliance in Atlanta.

Pulled the S/C off last night after I had a fault code for bank1 T/A. Figured I'd replace them both before a trip to Atlanta in a few weeks. Glad I didn't have to crack the intercooler lines at all there was enough slack to move it off enough to get everything done. Went with Mpowermotorsports rebuilt TAs hopefully they last and are more reliable as they claim. Should be arriving end of next week and I can button her up again.

Will be at Import Alliance again 3/26-27. Hopefully get the car all dialed in and ready for some track days in Apr soon after.

Nice ride, if you ever decide to go full race car and want to get rid of your FR interior, you have a buyer in me. I'm relatively local.

Thanks. The factory harrop tune here in the US is by BPMsport. Had their "Stage1" and "Stage2" N/A tune but the car didn't really stay N/A long, lol. Had no issues with it and Mike is very responsive. It's definitely not a showboat tune if you want flames and popcorns look elsewhere haha.

Coming from Honda world these off the shelf/canned tunes is weird to me, it works but never realizes full potential as every car is different even with same mods/parts.

Does it feel 45whp faster? And yeah I wish custom tunes were more accessible for our platform

Yeah. I made sure they dyno'd the car before & after to get some actual empirical data, especially given the cost of it... bmw tax is real . All runs same exact day/conditions.

Got some new shoes. TE37SL in mag blue which is really what I wanted originally, but at that time it was 8-10 month wait. System Motorsports had a few sets in stock, worked with me on price, and it was a done deal .

My TE37SL Black Edition 2s will be for sale soon, or I may just use those as track wheels and put some nice rubber on it. I'm not sure yet, I like both wheels really... I mean, they are the same wheels TE37 everything

Picked up some brand new Rays yellow decals for it as well, bought a set of the replica decals to just see if I'd like them, and the quality is just not there. Buy once cry once. Applied 2 layers of ceramic coating to keep them fresh.

@cchen9_ as long as it feels different because a lot of times tuners just clear adaptation before first dyno run to show a bigger delta on there software.
