No idea but it doesn't even feel too strong. It feels like it was meant for the hood, like it's valved differently. When I get a chance I'll make a video comparing the two.

I'll update the thread when I get them if they're the right ones.

Anyone have a DIY on installation?
I'm sure it's easy but I just don't see how they come off.

At each end you’ll notice a black clip. There is a small slot under the top of the clip allowing you to slide a very small flat head screwdriver under, or other small pick tool. Gently pry the clip away from the strut. If you pry too hard it will pop off, not a huge deal if you’re not reinstalling them, but try not to let it fly into the engine bay. Once the clip is released, pull the strut away from the mount. Repeat for each end. To install the new strut simply push it onto the mount. You do not need to release the clip, it will slide over the mount with a little nudge.

I ordered some from O Reilly as well, if they're as described I'll just give my 330's away.

How are you guys able to order? I've been trying to order periodically over the last week or so and it keeps telling that the requested quantity is unavailable.

I'm just amazed my wife's E93 M3 with the hard top convertible has an aluminum hood, plastic fenders and still weighs 2 tons! At least with the top down it's low, and the front/rear split is pretty good..., ;-)

It's probably based on regional warehouses. If I put in my zip for NY it gives me an option to ship to home. They may not have any on the West Coast.

I went into the store on Friday and ordered to be picked up there. $9 for shipping and 6/18 eta. Tried online and it would not let me ship to my house or pick up at store.

Received the correct parts from O'Reilly parts today… These were not available online or in store pick up. Went to the store and they ordered it directly from Stabilus.

Might be worth a shot.
Thanks!! I had just about given up on the 200N OEMs until I saw this.

Another O’reilly success here. Ordered online, ship to home and got them in a couple days in Ca. This was a couple months ago. I had mistakenly gotten the 330s before, but these are definitely the real deal.

Ordered 2 of these last week from O'Reilley, they shipped from a warehouse in Utah. One was correct, although the package had been cut open and re-taped, the other was the correct packaging BUT somebody had put their old/used strut in the package and must have returned it - wasn't even the right part number. Fortunately it only took about a 90 second call and they sent over a prepaid return label.

Ordered 2 more, this time they shipped from a different warehouse (in Texas) and were both brand new and both the correct 200N struts.
