Meanwhile... Dodger63 just set record for C63 normally aspirated, 10.66 at 130.73.

Going to be interesting to see what people do with the Weistec supercharger on the C63. They will eventually get those dialed in.

M3 is just really left behind with the small displacement. There are better drag platforms.

True, but as an all around performer, the M3 has few equals.

That's awesome, love that lump. I think he is on the East Coast, it would be cool to run along side him. It would be even cooler to watch him crap on cars not expecting a MB to run 10s.

Road racing comes first for us, but we are pleased that this car can hustle at the strip too

akash: Should have the line locks in soon! We will need to make it work for the Stoptechs...not a problem.

Sick: PM coming your way!

I don't know if you remember the E46 days but Lee Attwater ran a bone stock E46 M3 to a 12.74 ET @106mph. He pulled off a 1.74 60ft. time with the OEM Conits...

Is a software upgrade necessary on a stock DCT M3 to allow the line lock feature; or does it not matter? My thoughts are is it doesn't matter, as they are two different things. Right...

Correct, with a line lock you won't need software to enable burnout mode.

...worthwhile on a stock M? Haven't tracked her yet, as well, with all the SC Ms, what's the point. Just like the burnout function...as childish as it sounds for this 33 yr old. LOL

hell of a good time, i'm shocked to see a 1.6x come out of these cars. Every DCT i've seen at MIR has launched terribly.

well well done.

i know him i have went to 2 track events with him and his car is a beast...You gotta understand the C 63 is easier to launch than a dct M. M's arent really made to drag but we do it anyways. C's are a much better drag cars with all that tq and hp.

Quite impressive! Any concerns about the power crushing the DCT?
