I made a few revisions to my original post to update some things I forgot to mention.

Also, here are a few more exterior photos. I'll snap some interior & engine bay photos the next time I pull the car out of the garage.

(green next to the license plate was just tape for an external mic)

I'm hoping to wash the car and add more pictures this weekend. With rain finally in the forecast next week it will be spending a lot more time in the garage on the trickle charger.

Car will be getting a freshly refinished set of OEM 359M (ZCP) hyper silver wheels installed next week with updated pictures to follow. I plan on selling the 220M wheels separately.

Question about this stat, is this for 09' or is that for E90 across all years?

It's across all years. Le Mans Blue was only available on 2009-2011 E90s and in total only 185 were produced making it the rarest non-individual color for an E90.

He has been my friend through college and afterwards. Has had a superb collection of cars under his ownership and knows clearly how to take care of them. I strive to get my detailed eye to his level.

A prospective buyer looked at the car this morning and brought a paint meter. All (metal) panels were 4.5-5.0 mils indicating original paint. This is a no stories car that's ready to be driven.
