Oh man, that looked like fun in the last session. I didn't see how you went off after turn 1 but I'm glad you just cruised off the track. Funny how they black flagged the session because you got out of the car and took your helmet off even though you were like 50 feet away from the track...

^Well, technically, them black flagging the session is the correct thing to do. But, with oil temp at 270F, didn't want to just stop the car and let it heat up, so got out to pop the hood open, and also to remove the GoPro cam from the rear (the hot exhaust pipe/tips were cooking the cam). While out, took the helmet off. If any car came careening towards me, I was gonna deftly duck behind my car.
Besides, that was past half way mark in last/session #6. I think all drivers got enough track time for the day. Plus, most of those guys were coming back the next day, so... I don't feel guilty. :P

^Ambulance/Fire Dept vehicle came out, and I saw the little dirt service road he came out on from the hot pit area (it's right by the fence, to my car's left). So, I told them I'll just follow them out on the same road, to which they said sure, but put the helmet back on!
Yeah, dicing w/ that little car was fun. Damn'd slow-poke, lolz.

City Tires in South Gate, CA has the exclusive on TD's. So, as you can imagine, they won't lower the price... :I If you're interested in running TD's, up to 285/30/18 will fit on the front with no rubbing. You can fit 295/30/18 at the front, but will need thin spacer, like 3mm or so, depending on your coilover. But, don't know about running spacer on a track car. I mean, the front axle is already loaded with bigger/heavier stuff than OE (OE is what, 245?) and you want to add a spacer? I wouldn't be surprised if studs break and/or the car develops wheel bearing problems with extended uses.
