Please, in the grand scheme of things that means nothing and he'll go scamming others shortly somewhere else.

Why don't some of the locals go visit his shop? These fools need to be dealt with face to face and then refunds will follow. It's easy to act tough on the internet.

He may go on scamming, but the admins recognize that he isn't good for the community, and by banning him they made it that much harder for him to do his deed *here*.
