F.S. Arai GP-5W Auto Helmet
Any track junkies out there need an awesome helmet? I have a Arai GP-5W (white) size large. It's practically brand new. Helmet tend to run a size smaller so it's more like a M/L. Reason for selling is that it won't fit my odd head. I need an XL. This retails close to $1000 and lowest price I've seen goes for $824. I'm selling this for $600 picked up or $640 shipped includes paypal fees. There's tiny imperfection at the rear of the helmet, barely noticeable. Here is some info. Wider Eyeport and Vents for Closed Cockpit race cars. SA-05 Finally, a helmet designed specifically for use inside a closed cockpit race car. A very similar design and specification as the previous models, but with some ventilation changes and a 90mm eyeport (compared to previous 72mm). All of this, and the same formula that sets Arai apart through lightweight design, superbly strong shells and a perfect fit interior, make this the new helmet the one to have. Features New 90mm eyeport (compared to previous 72mm) Consturcted of Arai's SCLC (Super Complex Laminate Construction) for light weight and rigidity Removable, washable and replaceable cheek pads Pre-drilled for HANS device. Also a special molded seat for the HANS posts. Two intake and exhaust vents for improved closed cockpit ventilation. Here are pics of it.

FWIW, I own this helmet, its awesome, and IMO one of the best you can buy. The wide eyeport is great.

Thanks...awesome helmet indeed. Very light and shell don't look oversized like others. Taking reasonable offers.

Oh man, where were you when I bought my Bell M4? Then again, I probably need an XL as well as my Large Bell is on the edge of being a little snug. I would expect Arai to run smaller than Bell.
Good luck, my friends are cheap, but I'll see if I can get this thing sold for you. Good luck.
