Winter Wheel/Tire Setup

Would anyone happen to know if my old 2005 E46 M3 winter setup would work on a 2011 M3 Sedan?

VMR CSL Reps
Bridgestone Blizzak

Front
18x8.5 with 225/45 tires

Rear
18x9.5 with 255/45 tires

I used the setup on a 2005 M3 w/ competition package and would like to use them on a 2011 M3 Sedan w/competition package that I just bought. At the very least I am sure that i will need spacers for the front. Thanks for the help.
