Bridgestone S04 on OEM 359 wheels (ZCP)...rub?
I've done research and see people have fitted 255/35/19 (F) 285/30/19 (R)
but from my experience Bridgestone seems to run a bit wider than other brands. Anyone have experience with the S04's? What brands did yall use for the 255/285 set up? my setup: ZCP M3/sport suspension - stock allignment No spacers Thanks! |

Ordered them,
I do believe they will be fine as the diameter of the tire will still be shorter. And the .7"-.8" width increase should be fine. stay tuned for pics and info! |

Cool. I'm interested to see the pictures and hear your feedback.
I think the 255/35 & 285/30 size sounds like a good option, and it sounds like a few people have done it, but I haven't seen too may pictures or much feedback on it. |

Definitely show us pics when you can! I want to see the tread profile. If possible maybe weigh before and after on your wheels? Seems these tires are advertised as a bit heavier but curious to hear your impressions as they are one of the only good tires in GTS sizes.

Good looking ride.
Do you think the 285/30s would work? Looks like there is still room on the rears for side/side spacing, even with the spacer offset.

Yes it will work, but not with a 12mm spacer in the back.

super late on this I know! someone hit my car and I totally forgot about the thread I've only got about 1500miles on them as of now, but no rubbing at all. sidewall is a bit lower than I expected so I might even try a 35 series in the rear next time here are before(stock Michelin PS) and after pics(Bridgestone S04): sorry they aren't the exact angle, but you can kind of get the idea REAR before: after: before: after: FRONT before after: haven't driven her in 2 months so I can't wait to get back in Texas! but I'm enjoying the 2012 CTS-V till then |
