Toronto Auto Show!
Any of you guys going to the autoshow coming up? I got a call from a friend earlier today when he was downtown setting up for the show and he saw an m3 outside! He said it was AW and it looked amazing, and he hates e9x's. CANT WAIT!!!!!!

Better still, now I wait for the car to be sent from Concord to my dealer. Hoping it comes this week. it has been sitting in the rail yard in Concord for the last month. 1/2 hour transport ride.

At least yours is in Ontario... my dealer tells me that the cars wait at Halifax port until release date (but maybe that's wrong based on the fact that yours in in Concord). My car arrives in Halifax in 2 days, so if its 10-14 days to dealership delivery, as my dealer tells me, then I guess at least it won't be waiting in Halifax for long if its going to be delivered by March 8th official release date.

I went to the show on press day (Thursday) I got to sit in ALL the locked cars it was crazy! i literally spent 40 minutes by myself inside the e92. Sat in all the seats played with all the contraptions and everything! *sigh* My friends told me I looked nervous sitting in it, it was like my first date I went back again on Saturday for a second date but it was locked when i was there.
When i was talking to the reps they said individual was available on the m3 as well, but i dont know if they know what they're talking about. Does anyone here know?

My dealer told me that it was available in Canada but that it would delay production by 2-3 months on early production cars.

Fully loaded US M3 is approx. $68,000 & Canadian M3 is approx. $86,000. PDI & freight not included in these prices. Exchange rate at the mall today was $1.035. Still the US M3 increased by about $7,000 & Canadian M3 dropped $3,100 from the previous M3 so it could have been worse.

Family has been buying BMW's for years and one of the sales reps we've dealt with was manning the booth for the 1 series. He was kind enough to open the car up for me and let me sit in it for a while. Oh my did I get so much hate through the windshield... Either way, the seats, while they are different from the Euro versions, felt fine, supportive and hugging. The steering wheel was very thick, it'll definitely take some getting used to. All I know is my first experience in the M3 was in front of a crowd of people either staring daggers at me or begging me to let them in too Felt good to be a VIP for a little while.

I don't know too much about it other than it is a special order program which allows you to tart up and indivualize your car mostly with things like fancier interiors, special amterials etc. If you go to the BMW website you can find more about the program. I thought it was only on the 7 series.
