One could do a grey market importation, but why? You probably would have no warranty coverage by BMW NA.

BMW European Delivery program? Sure. That would save you a few bucks.

contact bmw. If they provide you with letters stating that emissions and dot crash tests and safety for the euro model is EXACTLY the same as the US spec, they you will have no problem getting it here. Expect to spend 2-3k for shipping. good luck

I believe you get minimum 1 year international warranty. You need to confirm with local network on this.

I know this from cars from diplomatic sales.

Just do it by ED.

Get on a list from a dealer and tell him you like to it ED. If the dealer says no, try another one.

Although you won't get any savings doing it an M car by ED, its worth it driving in Germany, etc.
