Should I replace all pulleys and tensioners?

I have to replace my oil filter housing gasket soon, I want to take care of a few “while you are in there” items if they make sense.

Current plan is to replace water pump, belts, and hoses.

Idler pulley was done 20k ago, thermostat and coolant temp sensor were replaced 5k ago.

My question is, how reliable are the other pulleys and tensioners? Most failures I have found are related to idler pulley.

My opinion: By far the easiest part of replacing the pulleys is purchasing them...so I'd replace them while I was in there. They aren't all that expensive.

See the link below for part numbers, costs and where they can be purchased.

If you have the miles to justify the rest of those parts, I'd add pulleys and belts while you're in there. May as well get an underdrive kit.

Wow, that’s a lot better than $700ish worth of pulleys, etc that I saw in the kits. I will definitely go this route.

I literally just did all of this. My oil filter housing was leaking and while in there I did M sport
water pump, thermostat, belts, pulleys and radiator hoses. The belts and pulleys made the motor waaaaay quieter and newer sounding at an idle. If you can afford it I would recommend doing the pulleys and belts and if you did the idler already skip that one. My pulleys started getting a lil noisy around 160,000ish.
